Mobility pickleball at Hazel Court Swansea

Adaptation

At Frenz we are always looking at ways to adapt pickleball to make it even more inclusive and enjoyable.
We have a mobility game, with a smaller court, soft sponge balls that are slower, and a scoring method that is at best arbitrary and at worst just made up for giggles.
We play rally rules, so big servers don’t dominate games, or regular scoring for competition play.
If you benefit from having two bounces, then two bounces you may have, likewise if you prefer sitting down, you can sit and we’ll provide an assistant for shots you can’t reach.

We are also developing an audio ball for visually impaired players, and in conjunction with Pickleball England we are learning signing for pickleball for the deaf.

Of course Frenz are always delighted to work with schools, developing younger players through a variety of entertaining, as well as instructional sessions and games.
