About frenz

“Pickleball is what we play. Confidence, connection and community are what we're really building”.

Frenz began with a simple idea: make pickleball easy to join, enjoyable to play and welcoming to people who might not otherwise see themselves as part of a sports club.

Today, Frenz brings together players across Swansea, Llanelli and Carmarthenshire, from complete beginners to experienced and competitive players, across generations and with a wide range of abilities.

We keep things deliberately simple: 50p annual membership, pay as you play, equipment available and help when you need it.

But Frenz has grown into more than somewhere to play pickleball.

Our Confidence Compass puts confidence at the heart of participation. Our inclusive work has developed opportunities for mobility, wheelchair and visually impaired players, while projects such as Pickle with a Parent bring generations onto court together.
