Almost everyone at Frenz can remember walking through the door for the first time.

Some hadn’t played sport for years. Life, dodgy knees.

Some came on their own, just to look, and stayed.

Most worried they wouldn’t be good enough or fit enough.

You’re wondering the same things almost everybody wonders.

Will I slow everyone else down?

No.

One of the things that makes Frenz different is that we’ll introduce you to people who enjoy helping new players.

Nobody expects you to know what you’re doing. Everyone started exactly where you are now.

There’s almost always someone else new you can partner up with.

I’m coming on my own.

That’s absolutely fine. You won’t stay on your own for very long. We’ll introduce you, get you involved and help you find people you’ll enjoy playing with.

I haven’t played sport for years.

Okay. Nobody is measuring where you start or end. Play for as long as you’re comfortable and develop at your own pace.

WHAT HAPPENS ON MY FIRST VISIT?

Your first visit

  4. 04We’ll show you the basics.
  5. 05You’ll be playing within the first few minutes.
  6. 06Don’t be surprised how much fun it is.

WHAT DO I NEED?

Bring…

  • Comfortable clothes
  • Trainers
  • A drink
  • Extra giggles and laughs
That’s it.

We’ll provide everything else.

IS IT DIFFICULT?

It’s child’s play.

Pickleball is one of the easiest sports to learn.

You can join in without knowing all the rules.

Within an hour most people are enjoying rallies.

The skill comes later.

The fun starts straight away.
