WORK WITH FRENZ

Pickleball can be the activity.

People are the reason.

Frenz works with organisations and communities that want to help people become more active, connected and confident.

Sometimes that means introducing people to pickleball.

Sometimes it means adapting pickleball around the people who want to take part.

And sometimes it begins with somebody saying:

“We've got a group of people. Could this work for them?”

That's usually a very good place to start.

WHO WE CAN WORK WITH

COMMUNITY & PUBLIC ORGANISATIONSCreate opportunities to participate.

Frenz can work with community organisations, local authorities and other public or voluntary bodies interested in using pickleball to help people become active, meet others and participate locally.

We can start by understanding the people you are trying to reach rather than arriving with a predetermined programme.

Frenz comment:

Start with the people. We can work out the pickleball afterwards.

DISABILITY & INCLUSIVE ORGANISATIONSAdapt the game to the player.

Pickleball doesn't have to look exactly the same for everybody.

Frenz is interested in working with organisations supporting disabled people and people who may need the game, equipment, environment or way of participating adapted around them.

The first question isn't “Can they play pickleball?”

It's “What would pickleball need to look like for them?”

Frenz comment:

Changing the game is considerably easier than changing the person.

SCHOOLS, FAMILIES & YOUNG PEOPLEDifferent generations. One shared game.

Pickleball can provide an accessible introduction to racket sport and can also create opportunities for children, parents, carers and families to participate together.

If you're exploring pickleball for a school, education setting, family group or young people's activity, talk to us about what you're trying to achieve.

Frenz comment:

Children are quite capable of learning pickleball. Occasionally they even let the adults join in.

COMMUNITY GROUPSGive your people something to do together.

Your group doesn't need to become a pickleball club.

Pickleball can simply be an enjoyable shared activity — something sociable, accessible and different for people to try together.

Tell us about the group and we'll explore whether Frenz can help create an appropriate first experience.

Frenz comment:

Nobody needs to buy matching shirts.

WORKPLACES & ORGANISATIONSPut people on a court together.

Pickleball can provide a different kind of shared activity for colleagues and organisations — active enough to feel worthwhile and accessible enough for people with very different sporting backgrounds to take part together.

Talk to us about the people involved and what you would like the activity to achieve.

Frenz comment:

It's team building with an actual net.

HOW WE START

Tell us about the people.

You don't need to arrive with a pickleball programme already designed.

Tell us:

Who are the people?

What would you like them to get from taking part?

Is there anything that might make participation difficult?

What space, facilities or support do you already have?

Then we can decide together whether pickleball could help — and what it might need to look like.

THE FRENZ APPROACH

Confidence first. Skills follow.

Frenz is interested in more than getting a paddle into somebody's hand.

We want people to have the confidence to participate, connect and enjoy being active.

That's why our approach starts with the person rather than their sporting ability.

We adapt the game to the player.

We make participation more important than performance.

We use movement, achievement and connection to help confidence grow.

Pickleball is the vehicle.

People are the point.

HAVE SOMETHING IN MIND?

Start with a conversation.

You don't need to know whether Frenz is the answer.

Tell us what you're trying to achieve and we'll see whether there's something useful we can do together.
